All purchases made through PlymDev Corporation are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed. This applies to all digital products and services, including accidental purchases, change of mind, dissatisfaction with a product, or misunderstanding of product features.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or accessed immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. For this reason, all sales are considered final at the point of purchase.

Refunds will only be provided if required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional cases. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create any obligation to provide refunds in similar situations in the future.
