Requirements
To join the Education Program, applicants need to meet these requirements:

What is the Education Program?
The Education Program is a hands-on learning pathway where members join Plymouth Development departments and gain real experience while completing guided tasks and training. Unlike traditional learning, this program focuses on practical development, teamwork, and real project involvement.
Participants are supported by Senior Staff who provide mentorship, feedback, and structured learning opportunities as they grow within the company.
